A relevant Italian company with branches in various eastern European countries, asked our intervention to revamp into optimal efficiency conditions, a cylinder placed into an application for the waste management, subjected to heavy workloads and in challanging environmental conditions.
After the usual accurate preliminary inspection, we detected the presence of a 8mm scratch along the rod, that made the repair of it not convenient, therefore our proposal has been the supply of a new rod made from solid and finishing turning and chrome-plating works
The size of the supplied product were 180mm of diameter and 23000 mm of lenght La delivery was completed within the scheduled time and after an appropriate assembly, we received the feedback of a fully recovered system efficiency and an excellent customer satisfaction
