Some time ago, we had a pretty much difficult request to comply with, to execute an accurate job which included the manufacturing of hydrolic cylinders from one single blcok of S355 steel. More specifically the intended use was related to an application involved in the extractive and mining sector.
Accrding to our standard the inquiry was submitted to our technical department attention and the proposed solution was developed through a deep drilling and honing process of the diameters, with the following features D.135 e 2 x D.110 L.1200 mm e Ra0,20my MAX.
The quality of the operation has proven to be objectively very high and the components inserted into that peculiar system, were able to preform the competent function very effectively. the scheduled timing was respected. Aa usual the customer satisfaction makes us proud.
